Apprenticeship Qulifications & Study

KBM strives to provide not only theoretical knowladge but also train apprentice on practical side of any job role in accounting sector. For example along with highly demanded qualification AAT, KBM teachs learner all sort of accounting software which is required by the employers as per thier business needs. During the training Apprentice learn about Sage 50, Quickbooks, Xero, Excel, IRIS etc.This unique training side helps Employer and Apprentices to have postive impact in time management and be able to produce productive hours right from the begninig of their apprenticeship programmes. Each apprentice will be provided with an learning plan to gain knowladge and develop new skills sets.

Progression

KBM Accounting Apprenticeships are unique due to employer led designed training programmes incorporationg in any accounting job roles. After completion of AAT level 2 learners can progress into level 3 and 4 for higher qualification or can choose for further higher education all the way Degree, postgraduate or any professional accounting qualifcation.

Requirements

  • Employer

    Guidance and support to the apprentice to gain qualification and hands on experiece

    Paid employment agreement

    Make sure apprentice available for study for certian hours during the employment

  • Apprentice

    Must hold a GCSE/ A LEVEL or Funciotinal skills to start level 2 or level 3 qualification

    Must hold A Level or any Level 3 qualification to follow Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship

    Apprenticeship Funding from the government to cover some or all of the training costs is available.

    Apprentices aged 16-18 are fully funded

    Apprentices aged 19+ are part funded and an employer contribution will be required
