Matrix is the international quality standard; it is for those organisations that deliver IAG services. The DfE recognise the Matrix standard as a quality framework, which accredits information, advice and guidance, including the National Careers Service and other services delivery on behalf of the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
