Apprenticeships are for everyone. They are not only confined to young people. Already employed staff can boost their skills set to progress in their relevant field. Our government funded apprenticeship programmes are suitable for a range of employees from senior managers to support staff, regardless of age. We offer a wide range of apprenticeship programmes that cover Business Administration to Management.
With our apprenticeship programmes there is no day release required, as all training is work based, and once the training is complete, learners will gain a nationally recognized qualification.

This ethos has driven us to create a training programme that is truly focused on continuous professional development. Our new range of Certified Development Pathways [CDP] offer a unique blend of training delivery by combining high-impact classroom based training with one-to-one re-enforcement coaching sessions.
All our Certified Development Pathways [CDP] are 12 months long to provide a defined continuous learning journey. The programme is made up of a choice of training topics and units that offer the flexibility of being tailored to the job role and learning style of each participant.
The one to one re-enforcement coaching sessions are joined up with a mix of mandatory and optional assessment units that are recorded via an e-portfolio to provide proof of learning progression. On completion of the CDP participants are rewarded with a nationally recognised qualification in the form of an apprenticeship.
We are able to leverage government funding on your behalf to cover the majority of the cost for our CDPs*.
